The Reserves won to earn a spot in the four but after seven straight wins the Seniors were outplayed in the first half by a well drilled DOSA side.

An impressive win puts the Reserves into the four. Captain for the day, Alex Brown played his last game for the season
Seniors
Top of the ladder and every reason to be confident. Stride was out but Whittle and McAdam were in.
Unfortunately DOSA had really come to play
McAdam at the first bounce and Nelson sports a new
'do!
McEvoy was classy as usual
Hill did his best to provide some drive through the
middle of the ground
Brooks tried to set up the
forwards
Nice mark in defense to McAdam
Joyce kicked four to give some respectability to the
scoreboard.
Jumped by the fast flying Roosters - down by nearly
six goals at the first break.
Brooks and Joyce. Even Reeves couldn't bag one on a day when things just didn't go right.

Over nine goals down and a long way back

Even McEvoy missed shots he usually nailed.
Joyce was the only good news story on the forward
line.
Lost nothing Brooksie!
Outscored them in the third quarter but still a long
way back.
Pass from Hill to McEvoy for a goal gave a glimmer of hope
DOSA were simply too good in the first quarter but Uni outscored them in the second half and remain at the top of the ladder courtesy of OHA's win over Hutchins.
