Another muddy game and no joy from either game for the Rainbows. Congratulations to Sam Maguire and Rob Hill who played their 50th game for the Club.

A tough assignment to play the top side on their home patch. Uni were without
some regulars.
John Morey was in the best players
Nick Marson had plenty of early touches.
Nelson and Welch were early fliers and an early touch to Burgess who was best
for Uni again.
Welch in his last game for the season tackles and Dunham showing his style.
Mark Stewart looking for the handball and Jarod Allen leaves the ground with
what looked like a hammie.
50 gamers Sam Maguire and Rob Hill. Mat Gill continues to have
an excellent season.

Quarter time and inaccurate kicking by St Virgils kept Uni in the Game
Clearance to Burgess and a strong mark to Marson
Welch was in the best players and is off overseas to teach English. Mark to

Gill marks, Stewart watches Dunham and Riseley takes a grab.
Marson off with what looked like a dislocated shoulder and Nelson continued to
battle hard.
Bit of tension in the air.
Not a lot of joy for the crowd but good to see Nick up and about. Mark to
Riseley.
Saunders battled on to the end
Had better days but a fresh start against the Beans at home next week.
