Most of the two teams traveled to sunny historic Richmond by bus which was an excellent club initiative. Everyone thought it was a great idea and enabled the players enjoy a couple of quit ones with the Richmond players and supporters after the game. Needless to say a couple of team-bonding travelers were had on the trip home and on to the SOHO hotel.

An early goal to Gilmore who kicked 3 and a strong mark to Rae
Allen, McGuire and Burgess contributed to an excellent opening quarter.
Saunders, McGuire, Jones and Welsh after Saunders goaled and Brereton punches.

his footy!
McGuire demonstrates a perfect ball drop and Welch launches himself.
Gill worked hard all day and Gilmore is starting to find touch

A strong Richmond mark despite the efforts Morey and Matuszek and Gowans was
named in the best
Griggs played well when he came on, Marson was excellent in defense and Dunham
and Brooks had plenty of the ball.

Two points after Richmond had the lead for most of the last quarter. A great game from both teams
